Paid a premium and was told that the amount paid to the contracting company is only affordable via gt road.There is no sense of customer service or customer experience. Call center says motorway has higher tolls so GT road is the optimal choice Worst ever experience… never going to travel with them againHalf way through the journey they asked the driver to shift to motorway from jaranwala as if customer doesn’t know anything. This attitude is the reason why people prefer not to use online services in Pakistan. Non serious, unprofessional
