A truly disappointing experience—avoid at all costs.

I had a far worse experience than I ever anticipated. I would never recommend using this service. They sell you a product but completely abandon you after the sale. The most frustrating part is their customer service, which seems intent on deceiving you. You'll end up spending countless hours trying to resolve issues. Even when they make commitments after extensive discussions, they fail to uphold them. It's far better to purchase directly, even if it costs a bit more, as the savings you think you're making with this service ultimately lead to much greater stress and wasted time.

Disappointing Experience with Cancellation

I booked five bus seats for a trip on 30 Nov (PKR 14,911). The service provider canceled the trip on their own. I requested a refund through the platform since they were holding my payment, and my request is still ‘under review.’ The level of incompetence is astounding. It shouldn't take this long to confirm that I paid for a service that was canceled by the provider and that I deserve a refund. The worst part? There's been no acknowledgment or updates—absolutely nothing. Yet, they contact you immediately when payment is made. This has been an extremely disappointing experience.

Avoid if you value your time and money.
