They send out an email saying the initial payment (what you thought was the ticket price) was only a deposit or base fare and ask you to pay another extortionate 150% with a deadline with your initial payment being non-refundable.For victims report to Action Fraud and speak to Citizens Advice for a referral to Trading Standard and file a complaint with your bank.Awful company, targetting vulnerable elders.
