First time ever using this company to book a flight and it won’t be my last either. My agent Steve took me through every detail of the booking as there where parts I wasn’t very sure of. But he so kindly took the time to reassure me and explain to me the parts I was worried about. I even had a courtesy text to make sure I was happy with everything.
