Cheap flight-SCAM!!Booked a flight to Bangkok, the total cost which I paid in full via the payment link sent directly to me was £419.14. This was booked with the agent, Michael. The following day, I received a phone call from Michael suggesting he had sent another payment link for £556 which needed to be paid by 16:00hrs to secure my flight. When questioned Michael implied the first payment was a deposit, however, this was not mentioned on booking, or when taking payment. Total cost £975.14, this was not mentioned. Very dishonest company. Lyndon Jones- vulnerable 81 year old.
