Do not even deserve 1 star!!!We had a highly unsatisfactory experience with this travel agency.When searching their website, the total cost for flights from Manchester to Perth for three passengers was displayed as £2,802. After expressing interest, we were contacted by an agent named Victor, who confirmed the flights, baggage allowance, and advised that the final price would be £2,790. On that basis, we proceeded with the payment in good faith.However, we were subsequently informed by email that in order to receive the tickets, an additional payment of £3,500 would be required by 5pm the following day. This practice is wholly unacceptable and gives the impression of serious misrepresentation.For improvement, the agency should ensure complete transparency in pricing before taking payment and avoid placing customers under pressure with unexpected additional charges. Honest and accurate communication is essential to maintain customer trust.Regrettably, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.
