Even though the website listed a local address, the items actually shipped from overseas. They arrived yesterday, over a month after ordering, and one item had everything, including instructions, in a foreign language. This has ruined my plans for a Christmas gift, and I’m frustrated about the environmental impact of such long-distance shipping without prior notice.
