I placed an order on November 28, 2025, for a Christmas present for my sister. My credit card was charged, and I got a confirmation. I've sent multiple emails inquiring about the status, but I haven't received any replies. Christmas was two days ago, and I still didn't get it in time for my sister.
Arrived with plenty of bubble wrap, absolutely no damage, which is a great start. I completed the setup over two evenings after work, spending about 90 minutes each time. The LED lights functioned perfectly right from the start, and the colors are much more vivid than what the images suggest. I'm absolutely in love with it.
We ordered a gift from this service, but there was no warning that it would be shipped internationally, leading to significant delays that made it unavailable for Christmas. It's just a middleman for overseas goods. You might as well buy similar items elsewhere, as they don't allow reviews on their site and returning items incurs shipping costs back to the original country. Most of their ads feature basic products with extras that aren't included. I expected better packaging, but they shipped directly from overseas with the original name still on it, and I paid double the price.
