I placed an order on December 8th and received a confirmation email. Ten days later, I still hadn't heard anything, and there was no indication of when my parcel would arrive for the holidays. The contact information is unresponsive, and product reviews were not accepted as they were marked as already reviewed. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking for another gift.
