I ordered two book nooks, 1 magic shop with the added dust cover and music box and 1 which didn't have these options. A week later I'd had no confirmation of dispatch so I messaged and had an email back informing me that my order was lost in transit and they would resend it immediately. Two weeks later I received a magic shop book nook. No second kit. I emailed again and got an effusive apology offering to send it out but I requested a refund instead which I did receive. When I opened the magic shop kit I realised that the extras I had paid for were not included. I emailed AGAIN and received another apology and assurance that the missing items would be dispatched immediately. That was a month ago. I've emailed four times since and had no response. The order was not a complicated one but they failed pretty much entirely to fulfil it.
