Original review on 3 May： I booked two flights at 23:30 GMT last night (2 May), which was within the company’s stated working hours. However, the tickets didn’t arrive until 02:21 GMT this morning—well outside the 10–60 minutes claimed on your website. In the end, I had to book two full-price tickets with British Airways. I’ve wasted $32, and the entire experience was stressful.
