Update: Got it after almost 3 hours. Support email doesn't work, no one replied to me and I sent 4 emails to confirm and follow up. I booked today (January 19, 2026) 2 hours ago, but I haven't received the ticket nor received any update from their support team. I'm afraid I just lost $12. Give me my money back!!!

Original review on 3 May： I booked two flights at 23:30 GMT last night (2 May), which was within the company’s stated working hours. However, the tickets didn’t arrive until 02:21 GMT this morning—well outside the 10–60 minutes claimed on your website. In the end, I had to book two full-price tickets with British Airways. I’ve wasted $32, and the entire experience was stressful.
