AVOID THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY. It's unfortunate that a star rating is required before submitting a review; otherwise, I would give a negative rating. My mother published a book with this company, which made numerous promises for support. However, after payment, issues arose. They made several errors in the book, forcing my mother to pay an additional £350 to fix their mistakes, with the initial count being 76 errors. After corrections, the book was republished only for even more mistakes to appear, including a missing section. We've spent countless hours correcting their errors, which has been incredibly frustrating. My mother, who has dedicated years to writing her autobiography, has been deeply affected, and I felt compelled to warn others about this deceitful company, especially considering her age—she's an 85-year-old pensioner—and the stress this has caused her since March 2025. Since I posted the review, the company has repeatedly contacted me, asking for its removal to address the problems, but I prefer they resolve the issues first. Despite removing the review about five weeks ago, they still haven't answered our questions, which we've sent multiple times. Although I've been handling communication for my mother, they haven't reached out to me, despite having permission and my contact details. I've had to provide my number several times again, as they promised to contact me but haven't done so. The only way we've identified their mistakes is by purchasing a copy of the book, as they don't provide the final edited version for review. Consequently, my mother has been made a laughingstock, and her reputation as an author has suffered due to their numerous mistakes. We've requested three times for them to remove the book from a major platform, but our requests have been ignored, and the book remains available for sale. They also claim that 100% of royalties go to the author, yet my mother hasn't received all payments for copies sold, especially considering how many we've bought ourselves. After ten months of trying to resolve this, we've been advised by consumer protection to escalate the matter. BE WARNED NOT TO ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY.
