AVOID THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY It's unfortunate that a star rating is required to submit a review. If I could give a negative rating, I would. My mother published a book, and this company made numerous promises to assist her, but after taking our money, the issues began. They repeatedly made errors in the book, forcing my mother to pay an additional £350 to fix their mistakes, with the first round revealing 76 errors. After correcting these, they republished it, only for even more mistakes to appear, including a missing section. We’ve spent countless hours trying to rectify these errors, which is incredibly frustrating. I was infuriated for my mother, who dedicated years to writing her autobiography, prompting me to share this review to warn others about this deceitful company. My mother, an 85-year-old pensioner, has suffered health issues due to the ongoing problems since March 2025. Following my review, the company has repeatedly contacted us, requesting its removal in exchange for addressing the issues, despite my preference for them to resolve matters first. About five weeks ago, I complied, and I regret it, as they still haven’t addressed our concerns, which I have sent four times. Despite my authorization to discuss this on my mother’s behalf, they have not reached out to me, despite having my contact details. I've had to provide my number multiple times, even though it’s already on file, as they promised to contact me, but there’s been no communication. The only way we identified the mistakes was by purchasing a copy of the book, as they do not provide the final edited version for review. This has damaged my mother’s reputation as an author due to the numerous mistakes and errors made. We’ve requested three times for the book to be removed from sale, but our requests have been ignored, and it continues to be advertised. They also claim that 100% of royalties go to the author, yet my mother hasn’t received full payment for sold copies, particularly considering how many we’ve bought ourselves and through friends and family. After ten months of trying to resolve this, we’ve been advised by Trading Standards to escalate this matter. CONSIDER THIS A WARNING TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Consequently, my mother has been made a laughingstock, and her reputation as an author has suffered due to their numerous mistakes. We've requested three times for them to remove the book from a major platform, but our requests have been ignored, and the book remains available for sale. They also claim that 100% of royalties go to the author, yet my mother hasn't received all payments for copies sold, especially considering how many we've bought ourselves. After ten months of trying to resolve this, we've been advised by consumer protection to escalate the matter. BE WARNED NOT TO ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY.
