A promising platform, but a terrible host experience to setup retreats. I have not been able to complete a single business flow without some sort of issue or serious bug.Some of the top issues include invoices not in the listing currency and less than the listed price, copy functionality not working resulting in multiple and time-consuming updates to try to get it right, made even worse by staff modifying data incorrectly in the background without any reason or enforcing procedures that doesn't make any sense or add any value.There's also very basic host functionality missing and after numerous attempts to try and resolve it with the support team, the answer is always avoidant to admit the issues and with excuses to justify the bad host experience and an unwillingness to accommodate hosts.If it wasn't the only platform available, I would have definitely not used it. Not a viable option for a new business owner with above reasonable rates in return for an extremely low quality system and bad support.
