Exceptional customer service! I placed an order that arrived quickly but was unfortunately stolen from my doorstep. I reached out to the company, thinking it was just my bad luck. However, they promptly sent a replacement item at no cost to me, even though it was listed as out of stock on their website. Fantastic service - I'm very happy and will definitely shop with them again.
Ordered this book for my grandson for Christmas, a pop-up steam train book. What a beautiful book filled with engaging stories for children. He will absolutely love it as he is into steam trains. Excellent delivery from a good company.
Disappointed with the delay. We are a nursery school and ordered these books as Christmas gifts for our children. They were ordered on November 20th and still haven't arrived. I've called multiple times and left messages, but no one answers. I've emailed twice with no response. If we had known it would take this long, we would have chosen a different option.
It was fast and very good quality books. I had them shipped to Spain and it arrived in 11 days and I ordered 30 books. They have very good and competitive prices. One of the book spines was a tiny bit damaged, but all of the other ones were intact. Overall it was a great experience and I 100% recommend.
