Disappointed with the delay. We are a nursery school and ordered these books as Christmas gifts for our children. They were ordered on November 20th and still haven't arrived. I've called multiple times and left messages, but no one answers. I've emailed twice with no response. If we had known it would take this long, we would have chosen a different option.
