Ordered on the 30th March and got an email from DPD stating that a label had been created and they are awaiting the package. On the same day Books2door change there status to on the way. Over a week later and still saying awaiting order on DPD tracking. Have tried getting in contact via Bot, email and by phoning and have had no response. I spent £46.99 to receive nothing. I hate giving bad reviews but I am so frustrated. Have never had a problem with them before, so have never used their customer services, and it is absolutely terrible. Hopefully will get a response or my books at some point 😭
