I ordered some books using my gift card along with a small credit card balance. I called right away when the gift card didn’t apply to the final payment, but they couldn’t fix it or cancel my order, saying it was too early (just 45 minutes ago) and that they use a third party. I was advised to log in the next day to chat with their representatives for cancellation. Instead, I reached out to my credit card company to stop the payment—there was no point in spending more time on their customer service. I regret even taking the time to write this, but hopefully, it helps someone else.
