I ordered 2 books for Christmas on Dec 1st.One was shipped, but the tracking info given by BAM did not work. I emailed on Dec 7th there was no response, I called on Dec 11th. They were not in least apologetic not responding, not letting me know that one book was not available until today...but on the spot for me returning the book that will not make it before Christmas, since they were going to issue a refund. We will see how that goes, find somewhere else to buy books, these folks don't care about your business.
