I placed an order for books using my gift card along with a small balance on my credit card. When the gift card didn’t apply to the final payment, I called right away, but they couldn’t fix the issue or cancel the order, saying it was too soon (only 45 minutes after placing it). They mentioned using a third party and that they couldn’t access the system. I was advised to log in the next day to chat with their representatives for cancellation. Instead, I contacted my credit card company to stop the payment. I didn’t want to waste time trying to get help from their customer service. I regret even taking the time to write this, but I hope it helps someone else.
