The mix-up was on my part (embarrassingly, I forgot it was a pre-order and wouldn't receive my book until March 2026), but the response was warm and informative. The representative reassured me that the company was just an email away for any further questions. While they offer fantastic books and gifts, I would definitely shop with them again just for their exemplary customer care.
