I have used this company online before without issues; I prefer them over other platforms. I always find what I need at a good price, plus I have a connection to the physical store. However, this time my order was sent via an unreliable courier, and of course, it was lost. The tracking showed it was close but then stalled for a week. I received a full refund, and the online chat staff were helpful, but I don't trust the courier to deliver a replacement. I received a book from another platform within two days. Unfortunately, I won't order from them again due to the courier's unreliability.
