I've ordered from this company several times for UK editions unavailable in my area. While their packaging has never been great, the books usually arrived with minimal wear. Recently, however, they seem to have switched to flimsy mailers that are prone to damage. Two recent orders arrived with significant damage, and instead of offering replacements, they issued partial refunds. Customer service was polite but dismissed my concerns about the damage. When I asked for better options, they suggested I return the books at my expense for a full refund, which seems unreasonable. It's disappointing to see a decline in service quality. I hope they reconsider their packaging methods, as I may cancel my upcoming order to avoid further hassle.
