Ordered 2 books online and immediately had email confirmation. Recieved one book and payment taken however no payment taken for 2nd book. On enquiring via email late on Sunday night, a response was in my inbox first thing Monday morning confirming 2nd book and that payment would be taken on dispatch could not fault them at all and would 100% recommend them to anyone.
