BEWARE... DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE AT ALL. Everything reported by customers on the review site is accurate. There seems to be only one representative handling everything, who might also be the owner. I sent in books valued at nearly 200 based on my initial quote, and they were all new and in their packaging before I shipped them. It's strange that only the high-value books worth $14 or more were deemed unacceptable and couldn't be returned. As a reasonable person, I investigated and discovered they claim the high-end books are unsatisfactory, only to sell them and use the proceeds to pay customers for other books they wish to keep from the same invoice. It's incredibly frustrating to find out that the same company that labeled my books as worthless sold them just to settle my account for other items. I have proof and will be pursuing legal action once I receive my tax refund for the retainer fee.
