Should be zero stars... DO NOT GO NEAR THESE FRAUDSTERS!!! Search your hotel and this mob has the picture in their page that pops up including the web link which reads like you're on your hotel site to trick you but goes to their completely dishonest, lying site that says no fees but adds huge extra "taxes"etc which do not show until you've paid🤬.. And then you can't manage the booking for adjustments.... So fricken dishonest. Has been reported to bank and disputed and reported to Consumer Affairs Australia.😡
