Hefe to support Christian Hull and get him a refund. This website is a scam that over charges you for the room. Uses fake photos of rooms. All positive reviews are for the actual hotels themselves not this site.
Deceptive 3rd party website.
They purchase hotel rooms and add extra (exorbitant!!!) Fees so users are paying double what they would if booking direct with the hotel.
All the good reviews here are for the hotels, not this scam website!
Edit- I received a request from Trust Pilot to verify my review but as I never booked through this scam website I do not have a reference number to do so. All I can do is share my experience here.
I was looking for a room for one night as we have tickets to a show in town and wanted to stay in the cityvrather than drive home.
The website (bookstaygo.com) opened to the Argus page (the hotel I was hoping to book) and when I chose the date, a screen opened offering a "Membership Discount" in return for my email. I entered my email and received the following email:
"Argus Apartments Darwin
You are one click away from exclusive member-only deals...etc."
Except I wasn't signing up to membership of Argus, I was signing up to membership of bookstaygo.com. This is deceptive.
When I clicked on the link I was taken back to the site and offered a 1 bed apartment for $530 for one night cheerfully promoted as a member price!!!
I am a local, I have booked these apartments before. This price is crazy!!
I then called Argus and booked direct for $337 and realised I had been on a booking site, not the actual Argus site.
Here to support Christian Hull and get him a refund. See his Tik Tok about his experience booking through your site. Trust me you’d want to sort it out asap, as he reaches thousands of people(COPY AND PASTE TO SUPPORT CHRISTIAN)
