Was booking direct with hotel, when I got the confirmation it was from this company who then charged me £70 more than the direct price. Be very careful when booking as tax was also separate. Having received a very prompt response from the company, which was not asked for but very welcome, I am changing my review. The customer service has proved to be excellent.
