Awesome service. Got my books within a week of ordering which I really didn’t expect being in West Australia ( we are used to the WA meaning ‘Wait Awhile’ usually postal service not the supplier) 5* service and will def use again….
We placed an order for a book that was indicated as in stock on December 14, with a promise of delivery within 5 days, intended as a Christmas gift. By January 9, when we inquired about the delay, we were informed that the item was not available, and we could either wait for an unspecified restock date or receive a refund. After some back and forth, we opted for the refund, which was said to take one to three business days. Given that today is Friday, I don't anticipate the refund arriving until late next week. The funds were deducted from our account almost immediately upon ordering. After reading similar reviews, it appears that the service accepts orders and processes payments without confirming stock availability, hoping for the best. I will definitely avoid this service in the future and recommend others consider different online book retailers.
I ordered two books on 07/12/2025 for Christmas gifts, and they were listed as available. By 18/12/2025, I still hadn't received them, so I reached out via email and only got an automated response. As of 22/12/2025, I sent another follow-up email since I hadn’t received a reply to my first message. My order totaled $94.00, and I still haven't heard from the seller. I plan to request a refund through my payment service. If the books weren't actually available, they should have informed me so I could purchase them elsewhere. This has been very disappointing.
