Fantastic and user-friendly website

The website is fantastic and very easy to navigate. It allows for customized designs of the mugs we wanted. The 3D rendering of the mugs was an excellent and simple way to check for any flaws. The order shipped within three days and arrived safely due to the great packaging. I would definitely shop here again.

Photos not delivered on schedule

My photos were not delivered as scheduled. There was no way to contact a representative for assistance. Everything was handled by AI, which left me completely frustrated. I will just go to a local store to print my pictures. There's no point in using the service for 'better quality' if I don't even have the photos!
