If I could give 0 stars I would! I decided not to renew with them as they nearly doubled the current price I was paying! On top of that when I renewed with a different insurance company I was informed that two claims were made in my name, I never lodged a claim nor did anyone make one against me! I contacted them back in June for ‘reference’ was reassured it was just for ‘reference’ and a claim would not be made, now I have lost my years of no claims and it’s impossible to get in touch with the company! The numbers you call no one wants to answer and when you do get through it’s the wrong department and they cut you off, multiple emails back and forth and yet they aren’t giving me an answer or proving helpful in the slightest, absolutely disgusted and applauded by the terrible customer service. My complaint will be took further!!
