Authentic site, they delivered the iPhone and everything was fine. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 is the delay in delivery. It took a week for the phone to be sent. I will definitely buy from them again

It was my first time ordering from boomba and it was like a game for real , like they are joking with you, they will make u wait till you think that you won’t receive the phone and they will let you beleive and then , they shock you with a fast deleivery when u receive the pick up email , ( like they are saying take your order we were just joking ) and trust me guys you won’t find a client support like that company have and you can’t find less than the prices here , i bought iphone 17 new with a price i can tell you i saved 110€ from the price if i bought it from amazon The process is a bit slow but it deserve this . I can say that i will order again and again even it’s slow but they will let you save money , and also you can text them on whatsapp they answer always and fast , I gave 5 stars because they deserve and if they make deleivery faster they will become top 1 , they will change the rules of the market ,
We are trying to reach you about our order and we have not had a response? The order was sent out according to you but we did not receive a BRT tracking number? We been trying to contact you but we are not getting a response. Please respond to us on WhatsApp.Now they have replied and despite providing the exact order number and replying to their original email multiple times, their response is some AI generated sarcastic remark instead of being supportive or sticking to their own original timelines. Despite multiple contacts we have still not gotten response but they respond to reviews instead.

The website claims dispatch within 24/72 hours, but in reality, my order was not shipped for around 10 days. While I understand that weekends can cause slight delays, a full working week passed with no clear update on when the package was actually handed over to the courier. Communication during this period was quite frustrating, responses were slow, often vague, and at times came across as a bit arrogant rather than helpful.One thing I also noticed while waiting was related to Trustpilot reviews. I was checking reviews almost daily, and I observed that many new positive reviews would appear frequently, but a noticeable number of them would disappear within a day or two. This raised some concerns for me about how reviews are being managed. That said, this alone doesn’t necessarily mean the company is a scam, but it’s something potential buyers should be aware of.Eventually, the phone was shipped and I received it on 18th March. Once dispatched, delivery was quick. The product itself was genuine, well-packaged, and exactly as described. No issues with the device at all.So overall, my experience is mixed. On one hand, they do deliver real products at competitive prices. On the other hand, the lack of transparency, long dispatch times compared to what is advertised, and poor customer communication make the buying process stressful.Final verdict: Not a scam, but definitely not a smooth experience. If you decide to order, be prepared for delays and don’t rely on the stated dispatch times.
