I first joined Boomerang Rentals way back in July 2014. Aside from a few VERY short breaks, I have nonetheless been a loyal customer and fan of the company.Along with many other reviews here, I dont feel as though my loyalty had been recognised.I've also been waiting just short of 30 days for a game and have been told that I'll be allocated a new one as soon as it is available (so much tor prioritising a customer dispute!).Another issue which left me bitter was that I did not update my payment details or 2 months after switching back accounts (I know, my bad!). I reasonably had my account frozen and had no further games dispatched. However Boomerang were quick to take full payment so now I am questioning why I've been paying a full 2-game PRIORITY subscription despite having only one game in possession since mid-October.The company started off great but now I'll be closing my 8 year history with them and happily moving over to GamePass and downloadable cd keys
