I subscribed for a one-time music promotion and tried to cancel on October 3rd. Despite multiple emails to support and following their guidelines, my subscription remained active, and charges continued on my card. I submitted another cancellation request on October 6th, which went unanswered. My account still showed an ongoing campaign even though I had requested to cancel and did not authorize recurring charges. I had to dispute the charges with my bank to get my money back. As of now, the issue is still unresolved, and customers cannot cancel on their own through the dashboard. Support responses are often vague and delayed, failing to address the cancellation. I'm sharing this review in hopes that my account gets canceled and the unauthorized charges stop. I will update if the issue is resolved.
