I’m curious to see results but honestly it automatically set me up for PRO which was misleading. I clicked cancel instead of signing up but it still did it.. now I have to go through a hassle to find out how to cancel my account because the website keeps glitching :/
After seeing all the ads in social media, I was intrigued. But after spending over 200 bucks with no impressive results, I called it a loss. But then I notice $19.99 coming out my bank account from Boost Collective monthly, I tried the instruction on canceling the fraudulent "Pro" subscription instruction. It leads to a dead end. I have reached out on the "support" email provided, but no results as of yet. Not pleased.
Up to this point, my experience with the service has been outstanding. The initial campaign was a success and met all expectations. The process was seamless, communication was transparent, and the results arrived swiftly. Although I’m still in the early phases, everything thus far has been professional, efficient, and a valuable investment. I am eager to pursue more campaigns in the future.
My experience with Boost Collective was extremely disappointing. They placed my songs on 30 playlists, but the streams were almost nonexistent. Most of the playlists had nothing to do with my genre and looked like pay‑for‑placement lists with no real listeners.
Before the placements even happened, I contacted them to cancel after seeing a legitimate review showing their campaigns deliver very little movement. Instead of being transparent, they pushed upsells, “free campaigns,” and other services, but never once mentioned that refunds were supposedly not allowed.
Then, after only three days, they canceled my campaign but claimed they couldn’t refund me because it had “already started.” All communication happened before playlisting, which makes it feel like they rushed the order just to block a refund.
As of 1/8/2026, the campaign shows canceled on their site, but no refund has been issued. The entire process felt misleading and not customer‑focused. If you want to avoid unexpected charges, remove your default payment method — there’s no reason they should keep it on file.
Boost Collective did not deliver value, transparency, or honesty in my experience.
Order#338063 after emails back and forth BC rep claims songs are still up and running. I will not waist energy going and checking one by one, but I will end by saying I have 2 songs on Boost Collective and 2 songs on a another playlist placement agency where I gained 1000 plus streams vs 13 streams in 24 hrs (1/8/2026). Note the other agency started 1 day later than Boost Collective(real playlist that were similar to our genre) I will not post the other agency name! I wish all was different for my experience but if I had to describe BC in one word without being harsh, it be “misleading”.
Message to BC: please do not try to offer me more free campaigns or incentives, you had your chance to make things right from the get go.
I was genuinely impressed by how quickly my song was added to three different platforms. The service kept its promises and delivered as expected. After I signed up, they got back to me within just a few hours, providing details about the playlists that featured my music. This level of responsiveness is commendable. They truly deliver on their commitments! I highly recommend considering them for your next release.
I signed up for a one-time music promotion but faced issues when trying to cancel my subscription on October 3rd. Despite multiple emails to the support team and following their guidance, my subscription remained active, and my card continued to be charged. On October 6th, I submitted another cancellation request, which went unanswered. My account still displayed an active Pro campaign, despite my clear request to cancel and my lack of consent for recurring charges. I had to involve my bank to dispute the charges and retrieve my funds. Currently, the issue remains unresolved, and there is no option for customers to cancel through the dashboard. Responses from support have been vague, delayed, or fail to address my cancellation request directly. I am sharing this review to urge the service to finally cancel my account and halt the unauthorized charges. I hope other artists take note of my experience. I will update this review if the issue gets resolved.

This service is fantastic for indie artists like myself. It's user-friendly, and the customer support is exceptional. They deliver on their promises. While my numbers aren't massive, they have certainly increased, and I've been featured on some great playlists. This service is truly commendable.
