I signed up for a one-time music promotion but faced issues when trying to cancel my subscription on October 3rd. Despite multiple emails to the support team and following their guidance, my subscription remained active, and my card continued to be charged. On October 6th, I submitted another cancellation request, which went unanswered. My account still displayed an active Pro campaign, despite my clear request to cancel and my lack of consent for recurring charges. I had to involve my bank to dispute the charges and retrieve my funds. Currently, the issue remains unresolved, and there is no option for customers to cancel through the dashboard. Responses from support have been vague, delayed, or fail to address my cancellation request directly. I am sharing this review to urge the service to finally cancel my account and halt the unauthorized charges. I hope other artists take note of my experience. I will update this review if the issue gets resolved.
