141gb data left and yesterday during the power outage, till today. I cannot connect using the internet with my phone. My phone became a brick. Could not connect to WhatsApp, internet browser.. nothing.I reset network settings twice. Nothing.I will NEVER join Telstra or its subsidies ever again. What a joke! Luckily, I have another prepaid with amaysim (Optus) which is helping me now to connect to the internet. Check power outage issue, communicate with neighbours about the outage. Telstra.. you’re absolutely useless
