This has to be the worst customer service company in the world. They sold me an iPhone 15 Pro Max ,,two years ago in January an iPhone 15 never work, touchscreen problems, reception problems. They would not honor any kind of insurance and they never offered me any insurance. I had to go out and buy a new phone after APPLE sent me two different refurbished phones that were as equally as bad. Went on trip to the Caribbean. Boost could not get themselves together. I spent so much my vacation trying to make phone calls.
