I solicited feedback from all areas of my organization that are consistently using the Boostlingo service. We have had one instance of a bad interpreter that was shared with your company and taken care of. Thank you for that. Some areas have had turnover of the personnel who use the service as part of their duties and this necessitated training, but our rep, Ashley, has always been helpful and we think this service meets our patient needs well.
