Great Platform, Great Service

We needed a translation service for a busy, multi-office medical practice in an increasingly cosmopolitan area. We have many patients who speak Spanish, Tagalog, Mandarin, Ukranian, Vietnamese and Boostlingo has been a lifesaver. Additionally, we needed a more affordable option for ASL interpreting which Boostlingo fulfilled. Thank you!

We have enjoyed the ease of use so far

We have enjoyed the ease of use so far. It is easy to use with stationary phones at the office, but not when one works remotely and uses a phone app or PC app to answer calls. We are still figuring this part out.
