Let’s start by saying how amazing Erick our service representative was.
Today I went to the boost mobile on main st in Woonsocket. This is the third one I’d been too and also after countless calls with customer service.
Erick truly made me feel like a valued customer. He made my issue his and his persistence and motivation to solving it is what got it solved. I really hope his management team values this young man the way he respects his customers and their needs.
All in the midst of solving my problem he also helped two other in store customers as well as customer calls. Not once did I feel neglected, he made it a point to check in with me to make sure I was all set. He went from customer to customer switching back and forth from Spanish to English with what looked like ease and never skipped a beat and all with a smile. This type of service is hard to come by these days and this young man needs to be recognized for his drive, his positive demeanor and kindness. His empathy and compassion isn’t something that can be thought. He is truly a kind person. He takes representing his customers seriously.
