Review Time
The woman who helped me was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. I went in to purchase phones for my daughter & I. 10/10 customer service experience! I know I’m almost 2 months late on this review, and I do not remember the woman’s name 😬 However, I believe there is only one person in there working! She’s amazing! You should absolutely go check her/Boost out if you’re in need.
I actually had to make this review from my husbands work phone because our boost mobile phones won’t load up the internet. I’ve had many cell phone carriers and I understand when you go over data that they throttle it but I have never had mine just quit working. It’s so slow that the site I am trying to load will time out and say there’s no internet connection. Throttling the phone is supposed to just slow I down not completely make your phone useless. I called and added $10 more to account and a couple days later it’s not worked my again. Then I call Boost to talk to customer service about it and it’s AI answering. You hold at least 10 minutes to speak to a representative and I was on hold for 38 minutes for a supervisor. I eventually gave up and hung up. Poor service!!!
I have a supposed unlimited premium plan which includes 50 gig of data. Then if reached it is supposed to throttle down to 3g speeds. Well that's bs because it just stops. Try to use the app and the password is supposedly being sent to my number yet it doesn't ever come. They lie, the app is terrible, and if you hit the limit just turn your phone off because you cannot even get a text. Horrible.
Since a long, convoluted route to get my account straight (it took months), everything has been going smoothly. Service is consistently good, and I have not needed to call customer service since everything has been straightened out. My only suggestion would be to bring customer service back to the US. I still dread the possibility of having to call at sometime in the future.
i’ve only been a customer for 11 days and I feel like it’s probably the worst mistake I’ve ever made. I’m pretty sure when I read it on the wall going in there in your website it says $60 a month unlimited now unless I am a complete vegetable in a hospital bed that means unlimited, but it doesn’t mean that they just say that to you to get you in and then 11 days later, I’m out of data
When you offered the unlimited, its not really unlimited. The data, which i use daily with my job, was not specified that at certain point, would not run as well. That was my whole point of coming to boost.
Trash service. Trash customer support outsourced from India.
Will tell you there’s no contract, and then lock your phone down for a year unless you have their service active for an entire year.
Boost Mobile has undergone some massive changes since you joined, transitioning from a smaller provider to launching its own nationwide 5G network (often referred to as the "fourth major carrier"). It’s great to hear that the transition has been seamless for you, especially since many people are hesitant about switching to smaller carriers.
How do I rate my mobile service? The phone rings, I answer it. However, I don't know who is monitoring my incoming calls as I receive many that do not ring and are noted in the list of incoming calls but do not leave a voice message. Is this Boost??
When switching to boost it was really easy they offer esims which makes it incredibly easy to transfer your information from one phone to the next coverage is good so far and I live in the mountains easy app and by far the best offer 3 months at 10$ and then 25 a month for unlimited I don’t know any carrier with that offer mint is 15$ a month for 3 months pay up front 45 boost is 10$ a month for 3 months 12.68 including taxes what more to say
