I made the mistake of using my free upgrade to get new phones for my self and Husband. I have the boost infinite plan for both phones that allow a free upgrades per year at any time. The first upgrade was no problem throughthe app, I thought. Then I tried to upgrade my Husbands phone through the app and it was not processing so I called and the first Representative tried to give me the run around, tried telling me that they have a new policy that I could only upgrade one phone. Then I spoke to a supervisor and supposedly fixed the problem and proceeded with the upgrade. A day goes by and I noticed that we were only charged $90 for one phone but not the second. So we called again and for some reason it actually was done with the prior supervisor I spoke to through day before. So again this supervisor said it went through and I saw the pending charges. So we now wait and only received one phone? And I noticed an additional charge to my account for $118.61. My Monthly charge is $208.00.? So I called again Spoke to a very sweet representative who was helpful and understanding but she had to transfer me to her supervisor to straighten it out. I was told that my upgrade to my second phone was canceled and the $90 was put towards my monthly bill and the additional charge for $118.61 was to cover the rest of the $208.00 normal monthly bill. So they not only didn't use the money for what it was originally authorized for, they are going to add the $90 to my next monthly bill. I'm like isn't that Fraud when they use my money for anything other than what I authorized it for? And this Supervisor was very rude, would talk over me and his only resolution was to cancel my account. I am disappointed, disgusted and completely dissatisfied with Boost Infinite Customer service. It's no wonder the are not even an accredited Business with the Better Business Bural!
