Product was never delivered and customer service was horrific. Asked for a refund and the company cut off all communication. Avoid this place at all costs. Much better products all over the internet. This one is a rip off.
Horrible customer service and misleading promotions. Product drop shipped out of China. Nothing says health like a product that gets drop shipped from China. The promotion Says buy 3 get 3 free and thats not the case. Was shorted 9 tins on my order. Company takes over 5 days to respond to each email. Last email I wrote asking for a return label was sent 6 days ago and no reply. Starting a charge back with Visa. Horrible company. Garbage product. Stay far away from this company.
Finally received my pouches after nearly a month of waiting.. 100% waste of time and money. There is nothing "natural" about these, and they for sure don't do anything besides burn your mouth a bit. I feel lucky to even have received my order (which came from China). Highly suggest not wasting your time.
*Updated to 3 stars* Coincidently received the package couple of hours after writing this review. Tried a first pouch and product is fine, it's just that delivery times are very long and there is no mention of that on their website. Original review: I've been waiting for the product to be delivered for over 3 weeks already so like many other reviewers I'm wondering if I'll ever get the product.
Bought some been waiting for over a month now for them to come in. And on the delivery info. It says “package return, reason: other. So im pissed and says they might be in china. Emailed the company almost a week ago and still no response so there goes my $75 no thanks to boost.
