I decided to buy this product as my 7yr old daughter has started playing football and as a football Dad I agreed to clean her boots!. I found this product, at first a little hard to use as I was used to a stiffer brush to clean my own boots. I contacted Boot Buddy Customer Service and they understood my dilemma. They offered to send me a stiff head brush. Once I received this head, everything became easy abd the oriduct came to life. I even managed to persuade my daughter to clean her own boots. Not sure how long that will last, but she loved how easy the Boot Buddy was to use.
