Used my boot buddy for the first time today and it works really well. Cleaned my boots and running shoes which both had dried up mud on. The few drops of the shoe cleaning solution really seems to make a difference. There was some really sticky clay between some of the treads on my boots which the scraper was a bit small for and the brush too big. Maybe there could be a narrow, harder brush on the back edge of the scraper to tackle these stubborn areas?
The uppers have cleaned up very well and after a wipe over with the microfibre cloth, look as good as new.
This was on dried on mud today, will keep on top of the cleaning now as I will have my boot buddy with me, so next time the stubborn areas might be easier.
Impressed so far, the medium brush works fine.

If I could rate this service with no stars, I would. They took my money in November for an order that they claimed was cancelled. I have emailed daily only to be told that I will receive a refund of 26.99. A month later, and I still haven't received my refund! I regret ever placing an order with them.

Upon opening, everything was fine except for the original brush head attached to the device; it was bent and misshapen. I emailed the company with photos as evidence shortly after delivery (thankfully I checked right away!). So far, I’ve only received a message stating they will investigate. You’d think the photos would suffice, especially since I reached out immediately after receiving the package. No timeframe has been provided, and my follow-up asking for an update has gone unanswered. It’s been a week, and I expected this to be resolved by now. I feel ignored. I’m giving 2 stars primarily due to poor communication, and honestly, the product seems of low quality, though maybe acceptable for the sale price. I only purchased it because it was requested as a Christmas gift. Edit: I finally got a response stating that “the bristles will return to form once used and slightly wet.” This is meant to be a Christmas gift, making it embarrassing to present a subpar product. Proceed with caution!

I purchased a £35 package deal, but it arrived in a very cheap box with none of the items individually wrapped or protected. Two of the sprays were damaged. I reached out to the company regarding the poor condition of the parcel. I received an email back with an apology, stating they would ensure improvements.
I’m very dissatisfied. I bought one of these after a recommendation from a friend. Based on the website, I expected these mats to cover my car's bumper slightly to help my dog grip when jumping in. They don’t. I specifically bought one for my car, but it’s much too small, and my dog dislikes the slippery surface. He’s now even more hesitant to jump in, so I had to remove it. A complete waste of £45!
I truly regret my first purchase with this company. I bought the item in time for Father’s Day on 29th May, and it was shipped the next day, which was impressive. However, the courier has let them down. It sat at the depot until 5th June when I contacted the company for help. I received a reply four days later asking me to wait another three days for an investigation. Today, I got a response stating they’ll accept the investigation and that the courier will process a claim, provided I sign a document in writing. Only then will I receive a replacement. This seems like a waste of resources. The document is lengthy and makes the customer feel suspicious, implying that any false claims could lead to prosecution. This feels extreme for an order that hasn’t even been marked as out for delivery and for a product likely costing only a few pence compared to the £20 I paid. The entire experience has been dreadful, prompting me to request a refund, which I’ve been told will take 15 days. By the time I receive it, this whole fiasco will have lasted a month since my order, and now I need to find another Father’s Day gift with only a few days left! Please don’t waste your time or money with this company. The representatives are polite, but their priorities do not align with customer support.
I had a terrible experience with customer service. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! I ordered a device on May 21st to ensure it arrived in time for Father’s Day. I’ve been waiting three weeks for it. It was supposed to be delivered last week, but after two weeks of waiting, I spoke with a representative who claimed there had been a failed delivery attempt, which was untrue, as I was home all day. He assured me it would be delivered on Wednesday, but it wasn’t. I received the same excuse for Thursday as well. I emailed twice on Friday, and my emails were ignored. Today (Monday), both my emails and a direct message sent via social media have gone unanswered. I’m extremely frustrated that they are withholding my refund, which I requested last Thursday, and they are ignoring all my communications. I strongly advise against ordering from this website. The customer service is subpar, and the refusal to acknowledge my order or process my refund feels fraudulent. I will be contacting the relevant authorities about this issue.
I love these products; we have several in the family. I used mine so much that it wore out, so I ordered another one, not realizing my wife wanted one too. I contacted them to see if I could apply the 50% off for a second item retroactively. The representative was accommodating and sent me a payment link, and they arrived quickly. Excellent product and service!
