This is hands down the best vendor mgt system I've found. Pricing is fair and relevant to the size of your event rather than a monthly fee (this is HUGE for me, who charges just $20 to kids for a booth). The customer service is amazing too!
We started with using BoothCentral in 2023 for 1 market and have quickly grown to 4 markets/year. It is easy to jury and approve vendors and know that you haven't double booked a booth. They are great to work with and are always available for support if you have any questions.
I'm currently balancing 6 events a year, all of them in different stages of planning. Most of these events have close to 200 booths. Booth Central is a vital part of my business, helping me keep everything organized, from vendor information to payments and support whenever I need it. I've worked with them for 2 years now and highly recommend them to anyone organizing events.

It’s great to have an application system that works effortlessly for our vendors to apply to our events - and be able to require them to authorize payment as a part of the application has really helped us keep on top of exhibitor payments.
BoothCentral did an amazing job for our very first virtual event! Two standouts: (a) Having immediate one-click-away tech support for our attendees and exhibitors during the live event put them at ease (we got lots of rave reviews about this feature!) and (b) Our exhibitors loved the ability to video chat with booth attendees - that's a feature that competing shows in the travel industry don't offer, and our suppliers who paid to attend our event thought that added tremendous value for them. Behind the scenes, BoothCentral's system is very easy to use in setting up an event. And, again, the customer support for event organizers was VERY responsive - when I had questions, I could log into our account during business hours, click a chat box to type the questions, and I'd get immediate answers (within a minute or so literally). We're definitely using BoothCentral for all of our future virtual events!
