I've relied on the company for Christmas food for several years, but this year was a complete mess. Items were missing from my order, which forced me to rush to another store for replacements. While that's disappointing, the worst part was that the three-bird roast was of poor quality and burst open during cooking, spilling all the stuffing. Overall, it was a disappointing experience this year. I'll be looking for alternatives next time.
