I have trusted the company for my holiday food needs for years, but this year was a total failure. Items were missing from my order, which forced me to make a last-minute trip to another store for replacements. While that's frustrating, the worst part was the poor quality of the three-bird roast, which burst open while cooking, spilling all the stuffing. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience this year, and I will consider other options next time.

I was very disappointed with the service. I shopped at a location before Christmas and found the raspberries tasteless, the brussels were subpar, and the pork pie crust was excessively thick. Additionally, the large custard pie lacked flavor as well. I have never encountered such issues with the fresh food before. It's time for the company to reassess what’s happening.
The staff were friendly and welcoming as always. They had all the additional items I needed for my Christmas shopping, and they were cheerful and helpful while I collected my order. However, the duck I ordered months in advance was rock solid and completely frozen. I reached out to the order line and received a brief apology, despite paying for a fresh duck as advertised. I could have purchased a frozen one much earlier. Overall, I am quite disappointed and hope no one gets ill from the poultry.
I had two experiences with the company, one for an eye test and another for hearing aids. The service was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I returned my glasses because I didn't like them, and they refunded me without any hassle. The same went for the hearing aids; I couldn't adjust to them. The audiologist was understanding and offered a refund immediately. This level of service is fantastic!

I received an unfair parking charge after parking in an area designated for staff and deliveries because my vehicle was too tall for the main car park. I displayed my Blue Badge and spent 45 minutes in the store. A few days later, I received a Parking Charge Notice and paid the £50 fee, as I couldn't deal with appealing the charge right away. I have lodged a complaint with the company requesting a reimbursement, but I doubt it will arrive. If it doesn't, they've lost another customer due to this parking issue.
